Payment Gateway is a Zedmed integration with Tyro eCommerce that allows practices to request payment card information from patients for ongoing attendances, appointment deposits, and did-not-attends.  The card can be requested via SMS or when the patient uses OLA.

How to fill in the Tyro eCommerce registration form

Zedmed will provide this information to Tyro, who will send an eCommerce registration form to the practice manager. If you are not an existing Tyro merchant, the PM will also be emailed a registration PDF.

Fill in this section, if there are also practitioners who will be receiving payments to their own business bank account via Payment Gateway.

Zedmed will provide this information to Tyro, who will send an eCommerce registration form to the practitioner.

Zedmed will use it's Partner Portal to inform Tyro of the practice and practitioners requiring Tyro eCommerce accounts. The PM and practitioners will each be sent an online registration form by Tyro to fill in and submit.

We recommend the PM review the registration form in case there are any questions that need consistent answers for practice participants.

Once the registration form has been submitted, Tyro will verify the applications and then send two confirmation emails. The first email will advise the recipient of their Merchant ID (MID). The second email will contain login information for the eCommerce account.

Once the practice has received both emails from Tyro, the PM should advise Zedmed, who will proceed with the onboarding.
